Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for the ST. CLOUD, MN location. You will lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and ensure an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You’ll coach the team, manage day-to-day store execution, and champion policies, POS usage, and omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. The role requires strong leadership and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and coaching to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and framing operations as needed.
