Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. operates Michaels stores and is seeking a Sales Manager in Orange City, FL. You will lead front-end and service operations, coach staff, and drive selling behaviors to meet store KPIs while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will oversee events like balloons, Birthday party operations, and integration of omnichannel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, ensuring strong team execution and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to follow SOPs and Company programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and store operations.
• ModelCustomer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service.
