Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, rock LOD shifts, and drive an exceptional guest experience at our Grove City location.

You will train, motivate, and celebrate associates, manage daily operations, and ensure we uphold AE & Aerie brand standards. You’ll lead with integrity, coach for results, and create a welcoming, guest-first environment that makes every visit special.

Qualifications

• Must be a proven sales leader with experience driving in-store performance.
• Ability to recruit, hire and develop store talent to meet business needs.
• Demonstrates guest-first service and adherence to brand standards.
• Provides real-time coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Executes daily visual and operational standards, including inventory flow.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AE's core values, modeling service standards.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to keep the store staffed to meet business needs.
• Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and celebrate performance.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures and ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and company policies.
