Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Ensure SOPs and Company programs are followed and compliant.
• Coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
