Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and daily store functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and store condition standards across the team.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Loyalty, MCC/Extend services) and omni-channel delivery.
