Job summary

Michaels Allentown-Whitehall store seeks a Sales Manager to lead selling culture, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience. This role oversees front-end and service operations, ensuring SOPs, brand standards, and daily execution align with company goals.

You will coach staff, manage MOD coverage, and optimize POS, Self-Checkout, and loyalty programs while supporting events and in-store programs to boost profits and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise front-end and service operations.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture to drive sales and customer experience.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee SOPs, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Oversee Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and Custom Framing programs.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding.
