Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs; ensure legal compliance.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain service standards and flow.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee events like Balloons and birthday parties; support in-store programs.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and repeat visits.
• Drive sales and omni-channel excellence including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
• Train and develop team members; reinforce asset protection practices.
