The Sales Manager in Everett, MA will champion a high‑performing selling culture, drive strong sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience across front‑end and service operations.

You will coach and develop teams, ensure SOP compliance, manage POS and Self‑Checkout, and support programs like Loyalty, protection plans, and omni‑channel services

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee events and programs (Balloons, knit & sew shop, and other in-store activities).
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
