Job summary

The Children's Place in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Store Sales Manager to lead store teams in driving sales, brand loyalty, and exceptional customer service. You will recruit and develop top retail talent, set performance expectations, and own the store's financial results while building a high-performing team aligned to brand strategies.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll impact, and ensure SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a specialty retail store manager in relevant traffic, volume, and unit intensity.
• Strong customer engagement and leadership skills.

• Manage merchandise presentation, signage, and display; protect assets via loss prevention.
