Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Livermore, CA seeks a Sales Lead to elevate customer experiences and coach a proactive team. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to model exceptional service, onboard and develop associates, and ensure store standards and omnichannel support are seamless.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), some management experience (preferred), and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Some management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a high‑engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Maintain visual and operational standards and drive omnichannel shopping.
• Step into manager role when needed.
