Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to stay informed on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will coach, onboard, and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual standards, and use tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales associates to deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store manager with onboarding and development of the team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards across the store.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to improve performance.
• Step in as manager when needed to support store operations.
