Job summary

LOFT in Novato, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to inspire a team and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to model excellent service, guide associates, and ensure smooth store operations while upholding visual standards.

You bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and comfortable with POS technology; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
