Job summary

Soma at Birch Run Premium Outlets is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model first-class customer service. You’ll drive brand standards and help create a welcoming, hospitality-driven shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-centered environment reflecting the brand hospitality.
