Job summary

Soma in Gambrills, MD is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality culture. You’ll set direction, support goals, and step in on leadership tasks as needed.

You’ll coach and develop the team, share brand priorities, lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
