Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our South Shore Plaza store in Braintree, MA. You will supervise the team, partner with store leaders, and model brand hospitality to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture.

In this role you’ll coach colleagues, drive store goals through clear direction, manage cash handling, scheduling, and inventory, and support omni‑channel selling. A 2‑year retail leadership background and flexible availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel selling.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
