Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our Knoxville, TN location to partner with store leaders and supervise the team. You will set directing tone, coach staff, and create welcoming, customer-centered experiences reflecting Soma's hospitality culture.

You will open/close the store, manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment, while executing promotions and store policies. This role emphasizes teamwork and leadership on the sales floor.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades
