Job summary

Soma, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 5336-Providence Marketplace, Mt Juliet, TN. You will supervise the team, model excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will support store operations, coach teammates, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth omni-channel experiences while driving sales and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
