Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Tulsa, OK to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model a welcoming, customer-centered environment. You will coach staff, share brand messages, and drive omni-channel selling while upholding Soma’s hospitality culture.

You’ll help with opening/closing, inventory, and daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and consistent performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team or store floor operations.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop team performance.
• Familiarity with scheduling, cash handling and basic inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with daily operations, opening/closing as needed.
• Share brand priorities and messages with team to uphold standards.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, provide product knowledge and customer care.
• Coach and support associates to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Handle cash, scheduling, stock replenishment and inventory tasks as required.
