Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 5098-Colonial Pinnacle at Turkey Creek-Soma-Knoxville, TN to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model welcoming, customer-centered service that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will coach associates, share brand priorities, manage operations tasks, and help the team hit performance goals while delivering memorable experiences on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store team and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep performance on track with goals.
• Handle operations tasks including scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Create a welcoming, customer-centered environment reflecting hospitality.
