Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in New York, NY to support store leadership, drive sales and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will oversee floor operations, monitor metrics, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store goals.

Day-to-day duties include resolving customer concerns, opening/closing procedures, ensuring policy adherence, and supporting inventory and merchandising. Training new staff reinforces brand values.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing abilities to build rapport and resolve issues.
• Leadership to coach team members and foster a collaborative store culture.
• Analytical skills to read sales reports and KPI trends.
• Proven retail sales experience, supervisory or key holder role preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and retail operations.
