Soma, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Lead in Paramus, NJ to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You’ll create a welcoming, customer-centered experience that reflects our hospitality culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, operations support, and omni-channel selling, with duties from opening/closing to inventory management. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualificações

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
