Soma, part of KnitWell Group, seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership in Vernon Hills, IL. You will supervise the team, model exceptional hospitality, and drive a welcoming, customer-centered environment that elevates the shopping experience.

You will coach on product knowledge, manage operations, and support scheduling while upholding brand standards and store policies. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members to achieve goals.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to maintain performance targets.
• Execute cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed about promotions, store policies, and brand priorities.
