Job summary

Soma, part of KNITWELL GROUP, is seeking a Sales Lead in Minnetonka, MN to partner with store leaders and supervise the team. You will model excellent customer service, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience aligned with our culture of hospitality.

In this role you’ll drive brand priorities on the sales floor, coach associates, manage operations, and support scheduling while delivering memorable experiences that reflect Soma’s values.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships
• Team player with ownership and initiative
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni‑channel approach
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and promote teamwork
