Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Paramus store. You will be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to each guest.

In this role you’ll foster genuine connections, support merchandising and inventory tasks, and help create a seamless in-store experience while upholding brand standards and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Initiative to deliver a customer-centered experience and uphold hospitality culture.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ownership and initiative with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in listed states or 18 otherwise.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the sales floor.
