Soma is part of KnitWell Group and seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You will drive brand standards, foster a positive team culture, and deliver personalized customer experiences that reflect our hospitality-oriented approach.

In this role you will support operations, coaching, scheduling, and inventory tasks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The position is part-time and based at the Pittsburgh location.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, coaching the team and sharing product knowledge.
• Provide scheduling support and help meet performance goals.
• Handle cash handling, inventory, replenishment, and policy adherence.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-centered environment reflecting brand hospitality.
