Deckers Retail, LLC's HOKA store is seeking a Sales Lead who serves as Manager on Duty, opening/closing duties and driving key KPIs. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers on the brand, and lead a motivated team during shifts.

You will operate the cash register, manage inventory, and ensure store standards while supporting store management and brand image. This role emphasizes energy, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Manager on Duty to drive hourly targets and store KPIs.
• Open and close the store and partner with store management to ensure great customer experiences.
• Educate customers about the HOKA brand and products; stay current on product knowledge.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; manage inventory and merchandising to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and support a positive work environment.
