Responsibilities

• Own store metrics and drive sales and profitability.
• Lead and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Develop and implement promotional events and grassroots outreach.
• Collaborate with store operations on floor sets, pricing, replenishment.
• Plan weekly leadership workload and align schedules with traffic.
• Institute training to ensure service, selling, and operations readiness.
