Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet customers.
• Operate cash register, itemize purchases, process payments, and bag merchandise.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays; follow planograms.
• Keep the store clean and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining planograms and merchandising standards.
• Perform duties of Sales Associate in the absence of store leadership.
