The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Stores Sales Manager for NYC-Brooklyn Heights, NY. You will lead front-end and service operations, coaching teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and consistent selling behaviors.

You’ll drive sales and service KPIs, manage day-to-day store operations, and ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and brand standards while supporting omnichannel services and in-store events across the knit & sew shop and framing areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance and standards.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviours to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and support omnichannel services and events.
