Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking a Store Sales Associate to join our retail team in Minnesota. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You will also support price changes and merchandising as needed.

The role requires excellent communication, a professional appearance, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you will follow company policies on returns, exchanges, and loss

• Calls out prices for customers during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping
• Provides customer service and greets customers
• Follows safety procedures
• Maintains professional appearance with name tag
• Assists management with merchandising and stock levels
• Supports management with tasks per policy
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers
• Assists with Loss Prevention procedures and reporting incidents
