Job summary

Michaels Stores in Tampa is seeking a replenishment team member to unload and stock deliveries, assist customers, and maintain organized shelves. You will participate in truck unloading, restock, and planograms to keep the store well merchandised.

Eligible applicants should be able to work early mornings and various day/evening shifts. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a commitment to a positive shopping experience and community safety.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Unload and stock delivery trucks during early shifts.
• Assist with merchandising, planograms, and shelf recovery.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store).
• Ensure a fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
