Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Tampa is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, stock shelves, and process checkouts. This role involves evenings, weekends, and early mornings to support store operations and strong customer service delivery.

You will be part of a team that keeps the store well-merchandised and in-stock while assisting with truck unloads, BOPIS/SFS, and safety programs to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes as part of stock duties.
• Walk/stand and light physical tasks as required by a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly checkout experience and handle cash transactions.
• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms.
• Support store recovery, inventory accuracy, and in-stock levels.
