Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member for our Tampa store to help customers locate products, process fast checkouts, and enroll shoppers in Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards. You will assist with BOPIS/SFS, truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions while promoting a positive store experience.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift boxes, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Responsabilités

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Ensure merchandise recovery and stock levels; support store recovery and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
