Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years in these areas.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Masters degree is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
