Job summary

This role requires a visible presence at store entrances, engaging with customers, and partnering with store leadership to enforce safety policies. The ideal candidate has a High School education, 1 year of retail supervisory or security training, and a valid Security Guard License.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• 1 year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Provide visible presence and greet customers to deter theft.
• Identify theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.
• Collaborate with partners to minimize operational shortage and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in training Associates on loss prevention initiatives.
