Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and customers.
• Provide visible command presence and greet customers.
• Monitor entrances and sales floor for potential theft indicators and address them as directed by leadership.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Represent Ross brand and maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Assist with loss prevention initiatives and operational shortage reduction.
