Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Sales & Service to lead store sampling programs and support tasting compliance. You will partner with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are clear, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.

This role requires strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is on-site with occasional nights/weekends to meet deadlines or support key launches.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting store programs or promotions is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate details into guidance.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accurate, compliant work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional inputs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and administer store sampling programs to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with Merchant team to align sampling with business needs and store execution.
• Maintain sampling and tasting compliance with Legal, Compliance, and field leaders.
• Draft and organize store-facing materials, job aids, timelines, and execution tools.
• Support store standards and ensure guidance is current and actionable.
• Coordinate with Store Ops, Merchandising, Marketing, Training, Compliance to launch programs.
• Track timelines, requests, approvals, and follow-ups to stay on schedule.
• Review store content for clarity, consistency, compliance before publishing.
