Job summary

lululemon Athletica at Miromar Outlets is seeking a Product Operations Lead to execute the store product strategy and manage back-of-house inventory. You will lead inventory shifts, oversee BOH operations, and ensure the floor and stockroom are organized while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will contribute to team performance reviews, hiring decisions, and training while acting as Supervisor on Duty during shifts. Strong inventory and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or more
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and foster a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy for optimal availability.
• Review daily data to inform leadership actions on product focus or pricing.
• Participate in hiring processes and onboarding of new staff.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support development.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment.
• Lead on the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.
