Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience
• Some experience with inventory management, product merchandising, or planning and logistics
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing) as needed.
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily business data to inform actions and product focus.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• When on Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver expert product education and guest experience.
