Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in the United States (NAPA) seeks an engaging Store Pro to serve as the primary contact for customers in the retail store. You will deliver automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support logistics and fulfillment.
