Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions and general workflow.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries to support logistics and fulfillment.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control duties as needed.
• Contribute to store performance and team support initiatives.
