Job summary

PetSmart Store Support Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Planning & Integration Manager in Phoenix to coordinate enterprise initiatives with Store Operations and the associate journey in mind.

In this role you will maintain capacity calendars, analyze impacts, and present actionable planning information to leaders. A four-year work experience in store operations is preferred, with travel up to 10% and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant experience in store management, store operations, operational planning, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or related field.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated store capacity and mindshare calendar reflecting initiatives and activities.
• Gather information about enterprise initiatives and long-range plan items affecting stores.
• Partner with EPMO, Strategy, and business functions to align timing and audiences.
• Translate initiative information into clear store workload and capacity views.
• Develop summaries, presentations, and calendar views to support leadership decisions.
