PetSmart is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at our Phoenix Home Office. You will drive technology strategy for Demand Planning, Relex, and related systems, influencing inventory forecasting, promotions, and replenishment.

The role requires 5+ years in planning, strong analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration with MPA, Buying, and Supply Chain teams. The position offers a hybrid work model with four days in the office and one flex day per week, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with focus on business, analytics or supply chain; 5+ years in demand planning, replenishment, forecasting & allocation or equivalent.
• Critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in user training and classroom facilitation of key business processes and core inventory management functions.

Responsabilités

• Align systems technology with overall business strategy.
• Maintain Demand Planning & Allocation systems configuration, including user roles, delivery schedules, safety stock optimization and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers across MPA, Buying, Supply Chain and other key areas to support inventory forecasting, promotions, replenishment and product allocation.
• Identify risks/opportunities and communicate strategies to achieve inventory goals and metrics.
• Integrate processes and systems to optimize product forecasting, promotions, store replenishment and allocation.
• Perform data mining to consolidate opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Lead functional/technical training to support usage of Relex and adherence to business processes.
