Job summary

PetSmart is seeking a Lead Analyst for the Store Operations Reporting Solutions team at the Phoenix Home Office. You will develop data-driven insights and lead end-to-end reporting across multiple source systems for 1,650+ stores and executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Systems, Business, Finance, Statistics or related field and +7 years related experience.
Retail experience preferred.
Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Develop data-driven insights across multiple source-systems and deliver robust reporting.
Lead end-to-end BI reporting delivery in partnership with IT/IS teams.
Define, communicate and validate reporting requirements with stakeholders.
Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on data solutions and dashboards.
Drive DMAIC improvements for Store Operations reporting portfolio.
