• Licensed pharmacy technician registration or pharmacy assistant/licensure as required by state law (and pursuit of pharmacist credentials if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service provided by team members and implements improvement plans.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Manages inventory levels, stock, and merchandising to optimize sales.
• Develops employee performance plans and coordinates training and career progression.
