Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state law and pursue certified pharmacy technician credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and pharmacy operations, shifts, task delegation and scheduling.
• Monitor and improve customer service; train and coach team members.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing and promotions to optimize sales.
• Hire, promote and discipline staff; manage performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and Walgreens standards.
