Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Supervise merchandising, inventory, receiving, pricing, and stock control.
• Analyze financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and department objectives.
• Coach and develop store team members and manage performance.
