Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, and asset protection.
• Drives sales, profitability and customer experience across the store and clinic.
• Analyzes performance data and implements action plans to improve KPIs and shrink.
• Leads and develops team members, provides feedback, and ensures compliance with policies.
