Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at a Walgreens location. You will drive sales, margins and customer experience by strong merchandising, asset protection, and leading a team with training and development initiatives.

You will supervise pharmacy and store staff, manage scheduling and budgeting, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and partner with district leadership to execute store plans while delivering a distinctive customer and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Pharmacy technician license or pharmacy assistant as required by state law.
