Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and improves customer service provided by team members in retail and pharmacy.
• Greets customers and clinic patients, assists with products and services.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Manages inventory levels, including ordering, stock, and stock liquidation, to avoid outs and overstock.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Leads hiring, promotion and termination decisions and coaches team members.
